These Ambient Packs are a safe alternative to regular gel packs for overheat protection of biological diagnostic and clinical trial specimens that need to be maintained in the +15°C to +25°C (+59°F to +77°F). temperature range during transportation. 

    Features:

    • Water based, safe and reusable alternative to conventional ice packs.
    • High-performance and tight specimen temperature control
    • Engineered to freeze and thaw specifically at +22°C (+72°F).
    • Suitable for commercial applications
    • Encapsulated in flexible pouches or rigid HDPE bottles.

     

    Application:

    Provides overheat protection, maintaining temperature below +25°C (+77°F) for transportation of blood specimens, platelets, and medication.
